Withdrawal from the contract is possible within 14 calendar days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal form is available here.
The completed form should be sent to the e-mail address: sklep@ekranowo.pl. After verification and receipt of the return message, the goods should be sent at your own expense to the address:

We refund the customer's account within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the contract (the condition is receipt of the returned goods).
Attention!
The right of return does not apply to customized screens (in accordance with Article 38 point 3 of the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights).
